P7 (2017-2020): Teaching and researching at Swiss universities - barrier-free!

The aim of this project was to establish a platform for lecturers and researchers with impairments and chronic illnesses as well as for university management and decision-makers. The platform fosters a network to support decision-makers in removing barriers at their respective institutions.

The project made great strides towards equality for teachers and researchers with impairments at Swiss universities. It has helped to open up barrier-free access to academic careers for people with impairments. University lecturers and researchers with impairments serve as role models for students with impairments.
